Auto-apply

Auto-apply to jobs, without losing control

Filling in the same name, email, work history and questions on every application takes hours each week. Applymark Autopilot does the typing for you: it opens each job you picked, fills in the form, attaches a resume and cover letter tailored to that job, answers the usual questions and submits, with a countdown so you can check first.

How auto-applying works

  1. Upload your resumeApplymark reads it and finds jobs that fit your experience, with a match score for each.
  2. Answer the usual questions onceWork authorization, sponsorship, start date, salary and the rest go in your application profile.
  3. Add jobs to your apply queueEach one gets a resume and cover letter tailored to that job.
  4. Start AutopilotThe free Chrome extension fills in each application and submits it after a short countdown.

You stay in charge

  • Autopilot only applies to jobs you added to your queue. It never picks jobs on its own.
  • A countdown before every submit lets you check the form, pause or skip. You can also turn automatic submitting off.
  • When a site needs a sign-in, an account or a "verify you're human" check, Autopilot pauses and lets you do it.
  • Every application is saved to your tracker with the exact resume and cover letter that were sent.

Where it works

Autopilot works on most company career pages and common application systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and Workday. It runs in Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer. You can find jobs and build your queue from your phone, then run Autopilot when you're back at your computer.

Questions

Is auto-applying to jobs a good idea?

Applying to more jobs that actually fit you is what helps. Applymark only applies to jobs you chose, with a resume and cover letter tailored to each one, so you send more applications without sending generic ones.

Will employers know an application was auto-filled?

They see a normal application: your details, your answers and your tailored documents, submitted from your own browser like any other.

Does Autopilot create accounts for me?

No. If a site needs an account, Autopilot pauses so you can create it or sign in, then carries on.

How much does it cost?

Free to start: 5 job searches, 3 tailored resumes and 3 auto-applications every month, no card needed. Pro is $19/month with a 7-day free trial.
